Went off the rails last night before dinner. Ate some potato chips (couple handfuls) & couple handfuls of mini marshmallows (took them out of cupboard to bring to work for everyone else should have left them there). Of course I was by myself so no one would see me cheat. Too too hungry but ate my snack between lunch & dinner. Just a moment. Instead of kicking myself all night I got on the treadmill & walked for an hour. Today will be a better day.
