I am happy with my steps from yesterday. I reached 6500! Yay!! Today's goal is 7k!
My calories are low again even without the best choices. This time around the calorie counting seems easier. I just don't think I eat huge amounts. I think my life in general is just too sedentary so the steps should really help with that.
I have 250 more steps before I check in with Old Man Scale this morning but I will post it when I weigh in.
Addendum: The Old Man is saying 257 just like yesterday. Fairly certain it is a temporary thing as I know my fingers are swollen. Need to wash some of the salt out of my system then see what happens.
