My father passed away 12/17/15 and I ended up spending Christmas with my Brother and Sister in law in Edmonton Alberta (where my dad lived also) I had been doing really really well at my diet with no sugar at all however being away from home and surrounded by sugar in every form not to mention the stress I gained 5 pounds the week I was there. I have been home for two weeks and working to get the sugar out of my diet since and have only lost 2 pounds of it so far. It looks like more as I hadn't recorded my lowest weight of 174 before I left. I am off sugar again and back to eating more protein so hopefully back on my way to weight loss. I now weigh less then I did in high school and fell great about that but have a ways to go.
