I weighed this morning and am down from Sunday's weigh in, so what do I do, get my chip and soda morning fix, sigh. Hopefully this won't sabatoge any loss for the whole week :) I got a new exercise dvd and did two segments from it last night. It'll take me a couple of times to get the moves down, but it was fun and a great workout and since it's broken up into 10 minute segments, I should be able to squeeze at least one in every day. I still feel like I am having trouble wrapping my brain around eating healthy good things, but I've decided I need to do one thing at a time and first I'm going to add more exercise. I want to burn more calories than I am taking in. I've been trying to lose the same 20lbs. all year!

One of my good friends told me that we are trying to make changes that will stick with us for a lifetime, so we can't expect them to happen overnight. If we make a bad choice, just pick yourself up, and make the next choice you make a good one. Don't wait till tomorrow, or monday, just start over, right now. Have a salad with chicken for supper, have an apple for a snack, go for a walk on a work break, just make a good, healthy choice!! But good for you for logging it, it's hard for me to write down chips and sweets!!
