Dear Diary,
Wow-- What a week. Busy time of year at work. Monday was a holiday, last night I worked until 8:30 (Teen Court), tonight I worked until 7:30, tomorrow I have a conference about 2 hours from home, and Friday is full with meetings. Slow down my world!!
So far I have done well with my eating plan. I have stayed within my carb intake and have not had any mindless eating episodes. On the down side I have not exercised this week. I must find time to schedule exercise. I feel so much better when I walk and work out with my wii. That is a commitment for next week.
