Dear Diary,

The end of a great weekend at home. As usual when there is an idol weekend we start a project. We have almost completed the mini-remodeling project in our den. All that is left is to put down the floor. That will be a weekend all to itself! Our youngest is back at college and tomorrow it's back to work. All good things must come to an end. I must concentrate on walking each day. I will get to work early tomorrow so that I can walk uptown before I get busy with other things. Seems like if I do not exercise first thing in the morning it doesn't happen.
