Back on focus to get things under control. Weight sits firmly at 197 lbs again, I am not sure it will move up any further but there it is - all four pounds added and earned! My mind was still in the game even while I indulged in some of the treats on the weekend - I didn't want to go overboard so I kept my game face throughout. High Tea at a place near the waterfront was wonderful. We had a table by the window. Copious amounts of tea (jasmine, chocolate mint, monk's tea, English breakfast, Margaret's Best, ....)with dainty sandwiches, scones, petit fours, clotted cream, jam ....oh my. I just decided not to indulge in everything - scones were my choice of poison and so I took my time to eat it ...it went down well. It's over now and I've started the water consumption to deal with some of the issues. Bulletproof coffee on this morning, along with my IF to get back on track. I will have some coleslaw to break the fast but keep most of my calories for the birthday Italian dinner for my daughter later. I won't be having any bread or pasta so they will have to substitute veggies with my meat. In fact, I may just have a big, fat steak with veggies and call it a day - no dessert of course! I hope you all had a great weekend my friends. For me it's welcome back to reality ..... Have a great day and be golden!

Sounds nice! Glad to here you had a good weekend. At least you earned your gain. Mine came from working out in the yard all weekend, sweating buckets, barely eating, and having one dinner last night that had more salt than my body knows what to do with. Remaind LCHF but still gained a few pounds. And I bet we both get rid of it this week. Welcome back to reality :-)
