Did not weigh in this morning. Probably should have. But I made a zucchini almond cake yesterday and then ate almost all of it so.... It was a good one. I would make it again but this time not have it come out of the oven when I was really hungry. Lesson learned. Pondering how to keep up with exercise without the gym. So far I have biked, run and kayaked but as it is getting colder outdoor is getting less effective especially for strength. I have equipment. Need to set up a schedule and follow it. OK that will be next post. A strength schedule for my home gym set up. Snow on the mountains yesterday.

Beautiful! I love workout videos, fat busters, cardio, boot camps, right in my own home, could probably find YouTube vids too. I also have free weights I use, working out in my home is wonderful!
