Good morning, everyone! I'm still keeping right on track with my eating and activity, so all is well there. My weight wont drop as quickly as I want it to, but that's the story of our lives isn't it?

I went back to my diet calendar one year ago when I seemed to be losing fairly well. What I'm eating and doing now is the same as I was then so I know it's not me. I am losing, the scale is just messing with my head. Up a half a pound for a couple days before it heads back down. Could be just that TOM creeping up on me, you never know. Like always I'll just wait it out.

This week and next week are exam weeks for me. One down, three to go. No worries, I prefer exams over class. I don't have to interact with anyone, it's direct and to the point lol. I'm an introvert, 110%.

Lots of housework to be done, and some medical bills that need juggling. I guess I better try to make a dent in it before I head to the gym after lunch.

Go get them on the exams. The weight will start to drop again no worries.

I'm not failing, oink, so I fail to see how I could be making excuses or rationalizing anything. And no, not on a diet. Good luck to you as well.

You'll get back to losing Yo, it may just take some time for your body to wake up and realize that you are kicking it back into gear. :) Keep doing what you're doing and I'm sure the losses will come. I'm an introvert too, and it is hard for me to talk to new people. I make myself try to talk to people, but I think I come across as maybe snobby, when really I'm shy. It's easy to post here because we're not in person, but writing a journal and talking to someone in person are 2 different things. Good luck juggling all of your duties today! :)

I agree Yolanda - not a diet, a lifestyle and attitude. Life happens and we do the best we can. You will rock those exams. girl!
