my day off today was not a good one, I woke up disturbed by the neighbors. I could have slept in due to no school for my 8 year old. Oh well I made up for it later when I lay around and fell asleep on the couch for about an hour. I blew off my diet this morning I woke to being very hungry. I made a grilled provolone on wheat, but I had glass of milk with it. I forgot to take my adipex for 2 days so there was nothing keeping my sweet tooth at bay. I had raspberry pop tarts for lunch, and another glass of milk. now dinner time baked chicken breast with a salad, ok then add the glass of ginger ale and top it off with a glass of green tea. That's more in one day than I have had in 3. I probably put that pound that I noticed I lost in 1 day! On a good note I did remember to take my adipex so as long as I take it in the morning I should not be hungry tomorrow.
