Week days...oh week days...how I loathe you. Tired but dinner must be made and with the new diet that means lots of chopping. Chicken and veggies..delicious and heaped into a ravenous stomach.
As much fun as I am having with this website I think it really will be my little (fat) secret. It's been four years since I put on weight and although I have wished it off the whole time I never felt empowered enough to do it. I just want to do this myself, privately, I don't want a friend trying to coach me into running faster or that other friend eyeing everything I eat like I am breaking the law...or still...coming across one of those people who tries to to guilt you into caving in on the diet, sabotaging you so that they can live another day through their own secret sadness of some kind. Nope, I am ready to do this, and do it right...just letting my boyfriend in on the pursuit (since we share the cooking) and gaining my own personal power. Here's to good things to come!
