Okay here we go, Ive got a plan started.. I need any and all help I can get. Please take a moment to critique my Food log for today. Thank You in advance.

I'm not an expert at this but from what I can see, you aren't getting enough veggies. You only have about 7 and the mim should be 12 carbs. I'm horrible with that too but you really need them. I eat a big salad at lunch during the week and try to have two types of veggie on the weekends. Try adding some salads in with your meals and see if that helps.

Good morning! Taking a look, I see you're not eating enough carbs. You should aim for 20 net carbs, with 12-15 of those coming just from veggies. It looks like all your carbs are coming with veggies, but you need more! With your turkey snack, try munching on some cheese and cucumbers or peppers or whatever veggie you like. Also, if you can, try working some veggies into your breakfast. At lunch, put some other salad veggies in with your lettuce - tomatoes and cucumbers are good with that and are a little higher in net carbs than other veggies. The more you can spread your carbs out throughout the day, the better you'll be. If you're having trouble with the amount of food, thinking how will I add more food in, try eating more of the higher carb veggies - tomatoes, peppers, onions, etc. They give you more carbs with less volume and the "color" you need in your veggies to make sure you're getting the nutrients you need. :)

Thank you ladies for you comments. I am still trying to decide between total carbs vs net carbs. But I am deffinately trying to get more veggies in there so the majority of my carbs do come from the veggies.
