Thinking bout starting the Master Cleanse. I have 2 friends that did it and they look great. They told me it truly works but I'm undecided cause if it doesn't taste good I won't continue it and its something you have to commit to for 10 days.

The taste is rough, but rather than using maple syrup I used light agave syrup and it's not as bad...After 10 days I was definitely over it. The results are fabulous, but I was never able to repeat it (I tried another two times) because I'd gag at the taste.
