Weighed in - 242.4.
Stayed up later than normal - changed get up time to 6am. (Then would have liked to have the extra lounging time this morning...and didn't.)
-Skimble - Super quick morning stretch - like 1 minute and 35 seconds!
-Elliptical - Weight Loss program, easy - 29 minutes
-Elliptical - 5 minute cooldown
-Finished watching "Still Mine" - movie. Good one.
-Had a v16 (Advocare) caffeine-free energy drink with workout w/ 16.9 fl oz water.
-Drank another 16.9 fl oz of plain water after breakfast.
-Breakfast - 2 large eggs, scrambled. Topped with 1 salmon package, 3/4 avocado, and couple of dashes of ground cumin and sirachi. SPICY! Serving of Dandy Blend with Sugar Free Vanilla Caramel powder creamer.
-grapes
-1 Advocare snack bar - Double chocolate - because I was just wanted it.
**Husband comes home today.
**I snacked last night - I was trying to stay up to finish drinking my water and just gave in to temptation: 11 mini pretzels and a NV Greek Yogurt Bar. You are right, I could have had one of the other versus both. But I wrote them down and they put me over my calories.
Snack: 2 Cups of herbal tea
Lunch: Shake (though frankly I would prefer soup...maybe for supper) & cooked apple.
Snack: 2 cups of herbal tea + Advocare RAW bar
Supper: Soup and 1/2 grilled cheese sandwich
Absolutely beautiful COLD DAY outside - having a harder time getting warm right now. Amish heater is on...just takes time for it to fill up our open living room/kitchen area. House temp was 65 (night) and now switched to 68/69 while I'm working here.

REFLECTIONS OF AN OBESE CHICK: Skimble workouts are awesome until you select a workout where it tells you what the move is....there is no picture and the move description could be interpreted a number of different ways....so you do something you think MIGHT be the right move and hope for the best. TMI moment - I really shouldn't wear bikini panties right now....they look stressed and lost. :/
