I noticed my big round stomach is going down since I drink a litter of water before and after every meal. The only hard part is it keeps me up often through the night urinating Lol. Giving up Cherry Pepsi and Mountain Dew was hard sometimes I feel like I'm gonna crack cause its like thats all I see around me :(
