Day 24. No drop today. Actually a teensy gain that I'm not going to chart because it's wrong! (LOL!) I just finished my treadmill. 90 minutes, 5.46 miles. Off to do chores. I'll weigh myself later. I think it will go down.

Bad scale! Go take away its batteries for a few days and let it know who's boss!
