eat more protein... deviled eggs are a great way to boost your caloric intake and help you feel fuller w/o adding the carbs. The more fat you consume the more you will feel satisfied. Olives, olive oil, butter (no salt butter stick), deviled eggs, pepperoni, heavy cream are all excellent options. Also, tip - check your sausage patties b/c many of the processed sausage products have sugar (or brown sugar) added. It is better to get natural ground pork...or ground sausage that has no additives.

i looked at your food entry and just a question, did you eat 2 double cheeseburgers (no bun) or 4? Its entered as 2 servings double cheeseburgers (no bun) twice, if you had 2 double cheeseburgers(not four) which would save you 8 carbs or 6 net carbs. A simple entering error maybe affecting you here. :) Hope this helps you some...

I would say it would have been the double cheeseburgers. I find it best if I space my carbs over the day, and my calories too.

Actually, the protein wont affect your appetite. The fat is what causes you to become satiated. If you are experiencing increased hunger, increase your fat percentage and you'll feel fuller much longer. I do see that for the # of cals you have consumed you are already at 70% fat so you shouldn't still be hungry. Are you sure you ate 4 patties?

Okay, littlebear. While we can have those burgers, next time leave off the cheese. It isn't real cheese, but processed cheese food and has carbs. Instead try some hard cheese, like cheddar. While it does have carbs, there aren't as many and it is more satiating. And yes, keep that fat up there. You can add mayo to the burgers, that will add fat without the carbs.

There's nothing wrong with eating them, just so long as you are recording correctly. I would have eaten those - they are small.
