Its a long journey full of set backs, but if you keep at it, and start new every day, and write down, what can I do today to reach my goal? Do I want to reach my goal? How much would it mean to myself, if I did something to reach my goal today? Is your goal, to journal your food,, shop for the right foods,, clean out your cupboards to get rid of the foods, that you don't want to eat to reach your goal. What would you tell a friend, that was asking you what they could do to reach their goal? Tell yourself what you would tell your friend, and the same with the other issues, what would you tell someone , what advise would you give them to help with their situation,? Be a friend to yourself and take that advise. Or ask, would that person, do for me, what I am doing for them? If the answer is no, get out of that problem, run, don't walk, and don't look back.
