10 minutes on level 8 incline 3.8 mph for cardio warm up

Leg press supersetted with calf press:

leg press:
50,40,30,20,10,10,20,30,40,50 reps

calf press:
40,30,20,10,10,10,10,20,30,40 reps

Added 10 pounds to each set.
