Yay! I received my exercise videos and have been doing them for a couple of days now. It's hard, but I usually get up at around 8 am, work out, shower, then head to class and work for the rest of the day. It's hard, but SO worth it. I feel like when I get up in the morning and work out, it really encourages me to eat healthy for the rest of the day because I don't want to blow off all my hard work. Tomorrow will be day #4, so we'll see what happens :)
