I just found out how to edit "glennji's own diet" to something more interesting -- the Four Hour Body diet, based on Timothy Ferris' book "The Four Hour Body". I'll update with as much information as I can and publish the diet into the "public" space.
211.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 24.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
