Just counting calories. pretty big calorie deficit and exercising a lot, but the pounds aren't coming off.

If you cut calories too low your body will just go into starvation mode!! Try adding 200 to 400 more calories. Add more veggies, salad--then up the protien and cut the carbs--try cottage cheese and fruit or 2 eggs/1 slice toast for breakfast. Don't get discouraged. You are doing way better than the scales are telling you.
