So today has been a bit rough. Allergies are going crazy but hey, I am still up at 730 am. I am trying to get up around 630 am so I can get more stuff done in a day but I slept terribly last night. My eating wasn't great yesterday but it wasn't so bad that I overate. Not happy about it...and sadly...I never got my workout in. And that is my problem. When I tell myself that I will workout in the evening, it never happens but I can get it done in the morning. Kind of weird so I will try to get them done in the morning, hence the waking up early.
My motivation has only dipped a bit because of my allergies...it makes things very difficult but I have to push through...I have to continue on working out so I can drop this excess weight and be healthy! So because I had my "rest day" early, it means I have to make sure to workout on Saturday (which is normally my rest day).
Well, I suppose it's on to getting my day going.
