Squats 25reps X 2 sets holding a kettleball Situps 25reps X 2 sets Sled push 70 lbs length of the gym and back x2 Resistance band exersize (not sure what to call it) 25 x2 Rows/Bicep curl on suspension straps 25 reps x 2 sets
