My motto is one day at a time. Went to the gym and did the elliptical for 50 min.thot i was gonna die but i had had enough. my goal was to burn 300cals.It ended up being 3 miles. Eating just doesn't seem worth it sometimes when it is such hard work to burn anything.It all makes sense now when people tell you, just wait til you are 50. your metabolism is SLOW. It is true.only 2 weeks until the cruise. I will be lucky to lose another 2 lbs. Oh well. started a little bit too late.
