Hoffner's Journal, 28 July 2014

Dont know what caused this bump in my weight, but am not happy with it. Oh well, attention to what goes in is the key...out comes the food journal again. I weigh everyday so as not to be surprised with a gain...1 to 1 and a half is easier to get off than a higher gain. This can be done with slight adjustments which will start today. Stay true all.
131.5 lb Lost so far: 40.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.3 lb a week
