ate dinner a little too late at night. plus need to upkeep water intake. feeling slightly bloated. regardless, I'm down a whole 1.4 from last week. no more midweek scale checking!!
296.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 76.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
