I've tried to diet over 100 times. The most weight I've ever lost was 30 pounds, and I wasn't trying. I really would like to get down to 200 pounds. My first goal is 250 pounds, my second is 200 pounds, and my third is 180 pounds. I know this is achievable within this year, if I just give it my all. I would like to reach 250 pounds by May 1st. That is in 2 months. It's a huge stretch, but with hard work and dedication I know it is possible. Watch me SHRINK, because MARISSA WILL BE SKINNY!

20 lbs in 3 weeks
That is exactly what my sister and I are already doing, I've been doing it for a little over a week, and have lost 6 pounds, my sister has been doing it for a month and has lost 18 pounds. It really does work.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I weigh myself twice a day.

1.) As soon as I wake up, (and after I use the loo.)

2.) At around 4-8 pm, (after I've had dinner.)

I check my weight in the evening because it gives me a rough estimate as to how much I will weigh the next morning. If I'm around 290lbs at night, I know in the morning I'll be around 287-289. Which is good. For me. lol
