As I get closer to this goal the weight coming off gets harder harder and harder but thats okay I am up for that challenge A couple of thing:

Shaun T, I kicked your ass this morning you cant smoke a rock buddy.

Secondly, a lot of people think dieting and exercise is easy for people to do and like someone said on here yesterday it is a lifestyle change not just oh I'll watch what I eat and go run around the block, I think it is 99% mental and 1% sweat it out, even though I know I'm mental anyhow, lol Stay positive, be strong, sweat, think, love, live, and laugh

Have a great Friday you woke up this morning and are still breathing :)

Off course losing weight gets harder as we get slimmer. Now the amount of calories we could eat before and would lose 2 pounds per week are too much and now we lose only one 1 pound. The next step is to cut some more calories and exercise more.

Yes this is true but I have been trying to keep around 1500 calories a day and as big as I am I think if I cut that to about 1300 I would be hungry all the time. I know it takes time and I am in it, so if it takes 2 or 3 weeks for a pound or two I am good with that, I dont get frustrated anymore when I do see the scale move a lot.

That's the right mindset! A lot of people think: "It's now or never" and give up if they don't see quick results. Losing a lot of weight takes time. Have a great day.

Dont cut too many calories, you dont want your body to go into "conservation mode" - where it conserves every calorie you consume. Slow and steady always wins the race. :)
