Waist measurement 85cm

I have now bought my own bathroom scales so no more embarrassing weigh ins in the chemist, and also shed nearly an extra kilo from clothes and shoes!

I am disappointed not to have lost more this week but did not follow at all at the weekend, so it is not surprising. I am going to a wedding this weekend and will obviously be drinking and eating but will try not to go crazy. This has made me realise how many thousands of calories I was mindlessly eating.
147.5 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 15.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
