gaining 1.3 lb a week

Well, I had a bad week last week- I felt very tired and very hungry with no energy. So I fed myself (not excessively) and have put on weight, but I think that was from the weekend and then not dieting it off during the week.
I feel a little bit better today, though still tired, and am ready to be more mindful of what I'm eating, make nutritious choices and hopefully lose some kgs! I was feeling good and slimmer at my previous weigh in (65.somethingkg) and am motivated to keep going.

Happy to have lost a little bit on today's weigh in (0.6kg). Not so happy that FS told me it would take 3 months at that rate to get to my target.... although I realise that is realistic and better for keeping the weight off long term. I think it gets more difficult the less weight there is to lose.
I have done no exercise this week, I've been too tired. Exercise would be a sensible way to keep me healthy, I've just never been able to make it my routine. Once all these binge weekend celebrations are over, and I'm back on my course (15th September) I'm going to put up my daily calories and work out an exercise plan, do some more body measurements, and perhaps weigh in at Boots to get the body fat percentage done.
BMI 24.3
