I really need to lose this weight to feel better overall. I sit at a desk all day which doesn't help. When I get home I am not so motivated to walk. I need a real kick start to get going and back to walking everyday. Open to ideas.

Pack a healthy lunch for work.... personally I find protein snacks help if your feeling hungry. in terms of the excising im also quite lazy and battle to stay motivated. if you have exercise machines, put them in front of the telly and do exercising while watching . otherwise ask a friend to join you or a partner?

A-T Thank you for the advise. I'm new to Fat Secret. I was with MFP, but really like what FS offers! I just need to give myself a kick in the pants to get going. I joined one of the 14 day challenges. My evening after-work, includes a walk:)

I too am new to FS. I love it! I did little walking yesterday and used my gazelle for 20 minutes. ts a start:)Even went shopping to prepare for the salad challenge starting on Monday.
