Not dropping
I am overall, eating very healthy and making good choices. I am just not dropping the weightConfused I do suffer with IBS so, at times I feel as though, I am on the up side and should be going down. I have 15 more lbs to go. I am leaving for vacation soon and would really like to drop at least 8 more before I go. Any suggestions???
