I'm a little disappointed for how disciplined I've been the last 5 days that I haven't seen more of a loss. But a loss is a loss nonetheless. I will stay on track this week and add more cardio.
171.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 34.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I didn't take measurements,....should have. I do feel better and have gotten some really great lifts in this week though.
