Just took a look at my month overview. I decided to set small goals like 2 kilos weight loss per month. I lost 1kilo since I started my weight loss journey. A lose is better than a gain. However, that 2 kilo loss is high priority for August. Today was a mental battle not to stray from sticking to my rdi of 1900 calories.
