I cooked on Saturday after work and Monday before work to get my meals for the week in the fridge. It went fairly well except that Andrea was cooking on Saturday also and there is not enough room in the kitchen for two cooks working on different meals. I did not get enough creamy chicken hotdish for the number of meals I had planned for the week so I increased the number of porkchops I made on Monday. I made mashed potatoes to go with the beef roast and porkchops probably not a good choice as I am at about 150 grams of carbs for the day today. (goal is 100g or less). I am getting about 64 oz of water which is better but not to my goal of 96 oz.

I have not hit the gym for over a week now and am feeling a bit like a slug! This morning after work I will be getting to the gym to do an Aqua class. That is if I get done with report in time. I am working as Charge RN tonight ugh! A position I dealy dislike. Hopefully I will do the job correctly as I do it so infrequently. Once at the gym I will weigh myself and I will log it in here as well as in my health & fitness binder. Hopefully I will be a bit more regular at the gym this week and next.
