Almost double on my alotted Carb grams/day today. This has been consistant for me. It will be better once I am able to switch out my protein powder for one with fewer Carbs in it. (I hope). I am sticking to my meal plan that I have developed and it has been suprisingly simple. I just need to get the cooking days down and it will be smooth sailing I hope.

Work has been going well tonight. Last night was ok too even with being Charge RN.

Aqua was a challenge yesterday as I knew it would be, but it felt good! If I get to the gym before 0830 I will go to yoga class otherwise it will be Aqua again at 0900.

Yesterday I tried on a dress that I have not been able to fit into yet and it Fit! I will be wearing to my cousins wedding on Saturday. Saturday will be a challenge what with the drinks and cake! But I plan on limiting myself to just one drink (then its water for me) and one peice of cake. I have been told that the portions sizes are small which means they are most likely what should be eaten at one time not supersized like the rest of the USA. Over all I think things are looking up.
187.9 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 47.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
