At least I'm going in the right direction! This weight loss is slow, which I am not used to for Atkins. But I am going in the right direction despite having to cheat on the road and buying some chicken nuggets. Also, I have not been as active as I previously was, so I am sure this is contributing to the slow weight loss. Here's hoping!
177.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I am going slow on Atkins this time, also. It's weird! But like you, at least it's moving the right direction. Keep it up!!
