LAZY DAY got some paper work out of the way .. finely ..
been procrastinating..its done, yaaa <3 doing my best to stay in touch and write every down I eat ,,, is my main goal ,,,,
got off track and the only way to lose is to watch carefully

So glad pain going down...Yay!!! Yes very nice when kids call I have 3 daughters and 1 son and sure would love to hear more often from him. I am working on GF Diet and trying and journaling. Sometimes I feel lost.. All will be good. Love being sent to you and your road getting smoother. God Bless.. :)
