I smell hope in the air ,,,,,,,,,,,eighth My left leg is feeling more manageable .. Rang of motion much better went into the pool and worked that leg the cool water is very comforting to my inflamed leg pain relief and much easier to bend in water win win ,, and I love the water so emotionally…& Physical…(( also walked the paring lot )) I’m starting to feel better . Swelling and pressure that cause lots of the pain hasn't stopped yet ..I do have a pressure sock My eating is right on .. Fish watermelon & strawberries with SF Chocolate pudding
