Sat.July 19 Day 45
2%/72%26% Micros right on target today.Could have had a little more fat but I'm full.Only carbs were avocado, zucchini a 2 ozs cheese. NSV...Put on a pair of dress pants today that were very tight last time I wore them.Didn't even have to unbutton them to pull off.Hubby said butt was baggy and not to wear them again. :)
Note..After all this time I had such a craving for sweets..Didn't give in,had a bottle of water and brushed my teeth..I worked.Just don't know where the craving came from.
