Monday July 21
Day 47

I know yesterday my protein was high..I have no problem keeping my carbs low but I do like my meat.Today so far has been okay. Gotta stop picking at the dang cucumbers,They are soo good.No more carbs today!!

Monday night

Wonder why when I had a high meat day I'm not hungry the next day. I have just met 1000 calories and micros are on point. I will see what happens tomorrow and how I feel after weekly weigh in
