Glad that your diet is going good. You can do it.
Sorry to hear about your Brother and hoping him a speedy recovery. I know you feel useless, being unable to get to him, but stay strong and on Monday when you get a smaller cast, you may be able to get around to seeing him.
Feel better and I am going to say a prayer for him too.

Glad to hear the surgery went well and that you broke out of the house ;-) Really sorry to hear about your brother. Hopefully the memory thing is just a result of being thrown around in the car and some shock to his system. Sending good thoughts that both of you continue to heal rapidly! I imagine you're hopping around on crutches some. Imagine how much more difficult that would have been if you were still carrying that 60 lbs you've lost! Hoping this continues to get easier for you in all ways!
