Hey. My name's Aiden. I live in SoCal and work at 7-Eleven. I lost 102 lbs over the last 12 months and have had 2 reconstructive foot surgeries that I just recently recovered from. I love going to concerts and music festivals. (I really like to groove out) For example, my profile photo is a photo I took not too long ago of my mother and I at the Fleetwood Mac concert at the Forum in LA. What a fantastic show!! I still have more than 30 lbs to go, but I know with the support of my FS family I will push through! Oh, and if you're ever in the LA area, hmu, we can kick it and share diet secrets and what not! :D

What's the first treat for yourself?
Hey guys and gals. I was just wondering what the first thing you are going to treat yourself to once you get to your goal weight. I know what I'm going to do. Get corrective foot surgery! And for the people who already lost the weight, what did you treat yourself to? Very Happy Question

How Often Do you weigh yourself?

Every day. But I only record my losses in my weight tracker. I see the ups, and I know what caused them, every day gives me a better opportunity to not let them get out of hand.

I do the exact same thing for the exact same reason... Shock

@gnat: you're totally right. I'm pretty sure I hit that wall this morning. I think the reason i'm eating so little calories is probably because of how anxious i am to lose weight. i need to understand that it doesn't just happen over night. anyway, definitely am taking your advice. thanks for the concern!

I don't know how flawed that article really is. I've been sticking to a calorie count diet for 1 week and 2 days and so far I've lost 9 lbs. I've done the atkins diet in the past and I can honestly say I'm losing weight faster counting calories than on atkins. Maybe it's just different for every indiviual.
