Here it is Friday. Yesterday was a good "stay on plan" day. It is easy for me to get derailed because I get so tired of cooking. I purchased a bag of Flav r Pac Northwest Blend Vegetables from Sam's and they are really good. They have baby carrots, yellow carrots, broccoli, wax beans, green beans, and red peppers. A one cup serving has 4 net carbs and very low calories.
It is a little different taste and texture from the Normandy Blend I have been buying.
I had some minor cravings yesterday, but I managed to corral them and not over do it. I am still giving up potatoes when we eat out, but when it comes to bread I cave in. I think that is what causes my cravings. Everyone hang in there and have a great weekend. I know these are the hardest days for a person trying to lose weight. Just think about the new you and work through it.
