I did it! I got out of my plateau!! Goodbye 145! We had a good three weeks but it's time for me to move on!!!!

142?!!! Wow! This is pretty spectacular!! Thank you green smoothies with pea protein powder. And special thanks to homemade broccoli soup and mashed cauliflower. I couldn't have done it without you in my life this week.

142.8 lb Lost so far: 84.2 lb.    Still to go: 15.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That "grinning face" happy dance says it all, lol! Congrats. Plateaus suck while you're going through them, but now that I'm past mine, I look at it like my body preparing for the next part of the journey :-)
