Spent the last 4 days on a mini vacation with Sky... had a ball. We stayed in a cabin so that we could buzz down to Homer AK then back up to and then down to Seward. The weather was perfect. I have forgotten how much a teenager can do in 4 days. We have been dogsled riding, Whale watching, glacier hiking, beach walking.. window shopping. The great thing for me is that I stayed totally on plan didn't even think about going off. Struggled to get in enough water but still managed 3 to 4 liters daily. Even found a new way to make calamari...Now back to the gym tomorrow and catching up on all the flower beds
