Disappointed with this week, but never fell off the wagon. I've begun incorporating exercise now. Did 45 minutes on the treadmill today. Last two days, did over 10000 steps. :)
173.5 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 33.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.6 lb a week

Great job! Have you noticed your clothes more loose? Fat loss can show before the scale on low carb diets. Adding new exercise can cause muscles to retain water masking our losses for the week. Just keep going. Drink your water, eat your vegetables, etc. You will be fine.
