Disappointed with this week, but never fell off the wagon. I've begun incorporating exercise now. Did 45 minutes on the treadmill today. Last two days, did over 10000 steps. :)

Another up weigh-in. Seems like each time a have a non-fast day, I gain. I really watched my calories yesterday, too. I know I didn't exceed 1800. Must be water weight....
