Feeling great today!

I have to say I was very discouraged by my lack of weight lose over the last month even though I have been perfect on my daily intake habits, while in the Rehab facility. When I was in the hospital the weight piled off me. Went to the stepdown rehab (and in close to 3 weeks only lost 9 lbs).

Then back to the Hospital last Sunday.

Wow, getting this infection kicked here in the hospital is just what my body needed. My body is flushing all that toxic stuff out quickly. I'm only on antibiotics and a treatment for my lungs. The oxygen increase is allowing my kidneys and other organs jump right in and do the jobs they are suppose to.
And in last week, I've over 12 lbs!

It just shows me how important it is to be healthy and well oxygenated.

Can't wait till the infection is gone out of these lungs and I'm out of this place! Crossing my fingers and hoping it will be soon!
452.4 lb Lost so far: 13.6 lb.    Still to go: 262.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Feel better soon, tell them to throw you in the sauna and sweat that infection out.

You are losing at a great rate! After the initial water loss, weight slows, but you are still losing wonderfully. Take care of yourself and get better. Weight loss is a marathon, not a sprint. It takes time, patience and hard work to get the weight off.
